I sold my ps4 until recently. Of course I put the console back and the console didn't have any defects. When I put it back, I already sold it. A day later the customer said that the ps4 does not read a CD or with GtaV it was the case that he only loaded it in the loading screen and got no further. Now the customer said that the laser was broken. So my question is: how can that be?
The ps4 had no problems and it wasn't old either. How can it be that after resetting the laser suddenly stopped working? Anyone have an idea?
I don't know myself but you don't have to be interested in this either because it worked flawlessly for you, maybe the person just wants money.
More precisely, the person is a colleague from the area. I have already told him that I certainly do not consciously sell a defective ps4 and certainly not to colleagues. However, he insists that the console does not read any other CDs. So you really can't do anything, maybe the laser isn't broken but a bug in the software? He also reset them but always had the same problem.
