Forgot your Playstation password and no access to your login ID?

I created a playsi 3 years ago, and created a psn account. Now I wanted to log in to a friend and noticed that I forgot the password. I wanted to reset it, but I no longer have access to the email address that is used as the login ID for psn. Knows so. How can I still get access to my account or change the login ID?
