What is the most effective way to warn against fraudsters on the Internet?

Have an English company money for Playstation überverwiesen but the goods despite payment of customs fees, etc. Not received.

This company works hand-in-hand with a ring of frauds named under the name of normal companies, e.g. Freight forwarders cash in on the pretext that these costs have arisen, but want or can show no customs documents.

Since the fraud only occurs when it is too late, I would like to warn against these Frums, but how?
