Can I delete users on Playstation 4?

I have two users on my PlayStation, but I want to delete one of them. Both says that this Playstation is activated as my primary Playstation. Then I googled and it says that the PlayStation will be reset when I delete the primary account. Can I delete one of the accounts now or will the entire PlayStation be deleted?

You have to set the account you want to keep as primary and the other as secondary, then nothing will be deleted.
