Delete game data on the ps3?

So I have a Playstation 3 on which I have GTA5.

I would reinstall this game to try something.

However, there's the question: If I delete the 'delete game data', do I really delete everything? Uninstalled and account gone?

That means all my dollars and cars, my apartment?
