I have had an Amazon Fire TV Stick for about 1 week and was really enthusiastic at the beginning.
For the past two days I've only had trouble with the stick. Every time I see:
"Home is currently unavailable. A network error has occurred…"
If I then try to set up the WLAN network again, it does not work, although the signal strength of my WLAN network is given as "very good".
I have already tried all plug-in variants. With and without an adapter, via the power supply and also via the USB socket on my TV. Unfortunately, nothing helps.
I find it strange that my cell phone works without any problems via the WLAN network. Also the PC which stands approx. 3 m next to the TV and the PlayStation 3 run smoothly with the WLAN.
I really hope someone can help me with this problem.
This happens more often if the stick is too close to the TV or even behind the TV. The high-frequency signals from poorly shielded modules interfere with the stick. Get an HDMI extension and put it away from the TV.
