Minecraft Java - No Iron Ore in 1.12.2?

I've installed Minecraft with various mods, but I just can't find Iron Ore. I started several worlds in Creative to see if I'm just looking for a stupid place but I just can't find any!

I've only played Minecraft on the PS4 so far, but that for a long time, so I've never had a problem.

The BetterGeo Mod replaces Vanilla Ironore with something of its own. I don't know exactly what anymore, but it should also be something with Iron. But no longer a Vanilla Ironore.

So I find some titanium and so on. But nothing could be melted down with the normal melt
