Question about gta5 is this online content exactly like ps4? The game contents are all 1 to 1 the same, only on the PC there's also the lobby chat which increases the game result again.

It's exactly the same, you just have a chat function. But the playful content is 1 to 1 the same.
With the premium version you just have an advantage for the beginning, get 1 million cash / apartment / office / bunker / cars / clothes / tattoos etc. So that you have an easier start, that costs 10 euro. Or so, that's it definitely worth it. Both versions get the same game, so it doesn't matter which one you get.
