Account error in Minecraft (Ps4)?

I'm not able to join the realms. I also get a notification that an error has occurred with the account. "You will not be able to use the Minecraft Store until the problem has been resolved." The question now is how can I solve this problem?

I guess you won't be able to solve that. My friend and I play on the switch and have had the same problem for almost 2 weeks. The exact same error text just "error code: crossbow" and not a number like yours. I have already spoken to Microsoft support, they say it is due to Mojang
