Playstation Store Paysafe is not how to fix?

I try to buy something in the Playstation store and want to use Paysafe.

When I use Paysafe in the store, the browser opens (like normal) but the page just stays blank and it says, "Please choose one of the following payment methods" but there's nothing but a blank page.

Rebooting the PS does not help.

Did someone already have this problem?

or does anyone know how to fix it?

I also had the problem and could fix it like this:

Settings - Account Management - Account Information - Credit - Add Money - Paysafecard

So not on the store but on the settings
