Why can't I invite anyone to Rainbow Six Siege?

Since yesterday I have the problem that I can invite anyone in Rb6 and that while I'm in the game I also get no invitations. Am on PlayStation so if I press triangle and then invite players then the menu does not come from friends

Try restarting the game and sign up again

I've done it already. Rebooted game, rebooted ps4, changed users, even waited a day and it still does not work
