Moin wanted to know if you can transfer your mw acc from one ps4 acc to another ps4 acc. The reason is that my main acc got a permanent lock for no reason

No it doesn't work because you have a lock.

A lock never happens for no reason.

The email or notification will surely mention what the reason for the ban is. It would also not be pulling if one could circumvent a lock like this

Nobody gets banned for no reason, so you must have done something.
