I need help because of my fortnite acc?

I have a problem, I accidentally logged out of my psn acc and can't log in anymore because I forgot my password. And to change my password I have to specify my date of birth, which I invented freely and no longer knows. I made jz a new psn acc but the problem with the whole thing is i can't log into fortnite anymore because i'm still logged in to my old psn acc with my fortnite acc. Can anyone tell me what I can do to deregister my fortnite acc from my other psn acc or if there's another way to register my acc
