Brand new ps4 game has been ordered. Disc looks new with no scratches. After copying, the error message "Error code: 30005-8" appears. The disc can't be copied.
"The application can't start". Other CDs work. Is the disc broken and what can I do?

I did everything. Bring nothing. Should I report to Amazon or Sony?
