I have not activated the primary ps4 on any other account, it is deactivated everywhere but when I go to my colleague's account it says that I have already activated another one, but it is not so. My colleague shared no other but it doesn't work. Please please need help!
Hmm… Maybe your colleague should buy the game. Since this frequent sharing and primary PS4 can activate / deactivate the PS4 software, you can also get a hardware ban. Since it didn't work for your colleague and you apparently didn't do anything wrong, it is because the software is already damaged (on your colleague's Ps4) and therefore does not work.
