Hi, in various tutorials I keep seeing how plant pots or sea cucumbers are placed on trap doors (since trap doors are used as shelves or tables).
How exactly does that work? Do I have to enter a command for this? It is not possible to bend over. Play on the Ps4.
Here you have to make sure that you do not place the trapdoor at height 64, for example, but 63.5 (if a trapdoor is 0.5 blocks in size).
Is the same as with slabs / steps, otherwise you can't place anything on it. Feel free to try it out, because I don't know exactly whether there are differences between PS4 Bedrock and PC Java.
Ok, just tried it but unfortunately does not work.
Could you maybe give me an example where you saw exactly that this works?
At around 29 minutes, she builds a table and places the plant pot on it and, in the kitchen that she builds shortly before, on the shelf too
Perhaps try not to place the mouse pointer on the trapdoor you want to place the block on, but aim "against the wall" if you get what I mean.
Just have a look around, if it doesn't work, it will probably be a mod.
Try sneaking. This is possible in the Java version.
Already tried, then it's probably because of the version.
Guess that ps4 is Bedrock and this does not work.
Yes is Bedrock, thank you.
