Change R6 account?

In Rainbow Six Siege, if you've created a Ps4 account and linked it to a Ubisoft account, can you create a new Ps4 account and sign up for the same Ubisoft account so you can progress on a new account like Fortnite?

Unfortunately, you can't transfer any progress at the games of Ubisoft.
