Kingdom Come Deliverance now playable on PS4?

The heading is a bit exaggerated, but true at heart. I last played KCD for the release on PS4 (Pro), because it was relatively buggy and itchy.

There have been a lot of patches and the PC version in particular should be significantly better than the release. What about the PS4 version? Does it now run better and offer more comfort / features?
