Spell without date psn?

A colleague of mine was banned from PSN for insulting someone and is his first spell.

My question would be how long this ban lasts.

In the e-mail there's only the ban goes for 3 days and will be canceled on… After this on there's no date does anyone know what this means?

3 days after receiving the mail, the next ban will go a week, so be careful
