I recently bought a game (psn store) which I only played for about 2 hours but didn't like it, can you refund it? Fortunately, it was not so expensive that it is ok if I don't get it back

Yes, if you explain why. You have to write an email with your concern. The best thing would be a reply to the mail with the proof of purchase.
