I have the following problem: I bought a number of games for PS3 in the Playstation Store in the middle of last year.

So far everything went perfectly, I was able to install, delete, play, …

For a few days now the error message 80089509 and sometimes 80029721 has been appearing when I try to install a game.

It does not matter whether it is a game that has been bought for a long time or a recently purchased one.

A few days ago I received an email from Sony, "… You can still download content you own for PS3 … Including games and video content."

Another problem, of the games of which there are demos and I bought the full versions, is now only the demo version.

So too, for example. From the purchased Minecraft with almost all extensions. Likewise, the full versions bought in the shop no longer work at all with the note "Register user and activate PS3 system".

CD games work perfectly.

I'm logged in with my data, when I activate the game I get the error 80089509 again.

Activating and deactivating for video works fine.

But I can log into the shop and on the online site as normal.

I've also tried it with and without two-level authorization.

Does anyone still have such a problem, what can I do?
