Dualsense controller PS5 problem?

I've had the ps5 since December and bought a second controller in January.
Now one of these controllers has no resistance on the L2 trigger. That means IF I just lightly put my finger on it, the controller registers that as soon as a button is pressed… Unfortunately I don't know which of these controllers came with the PS5 and which one I bought separately.

The only thing that makes them different is the numbers (marked in red)

This one has a CNC ID

One has an IC number

So I don't know what to do next, I hope you can help.

You don't remember where you bought the controller?

So my controller that was with the PS5 has a CNC ID. Maybe a few people who also have the PS5 will get in touch.

Alternatively, where did you get the console and the controller? Simply call customer service and ask if this is relevant at all. 🤷♀️

He no longer knows whether the defective controller was included with the console or whether it was bought individually…

So I just exchanged the controller, it was probably not relevant… You will receive the star.

So mine says: CNC ID: C-25206, so I'll tap the picture above, it will be the one that was with the console.
