A colleague bought Killing Floor 2 for PC today. My question: can I play with him as a ps4 player? And if not, what are the games that ps4 players can play together with PC players?
No, there's no crossplay between PC and console.
The main reasons would be the modded maps & more Votekick abuse.

I thought you generally refer to crossplay between PC and console.
It is often possible between PC and XBOX.
Then there are games like Fortnite, where everything can play with everything.
