Good Android emulator?

I want to talk to my buddies at the Playstation Party on the PC. Then I thought about getting an emulator and joining in via the PS app.

Do you know a good emulator?

Or maybe you even have another idea how I can join the PS party.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to communicate with other platforms on the Playstation console (at least via the Playstation Party).
