I have a ps4 pro. Whenever I play online, the Internet crashes after about 30 minutes for no reason → I'm kicked out of online mode, but 5 seconds later I'm logged into PSN again and can play online again immediately. It's very annoying. Mainly because it's so pointless.
I've tried everything. Router restarted, everything reconnected, everything reset, with network label / without network label. Everything didn't work.
No, it's not the network, but it looks like the PS4, because I also have a PS3 and can play online for hours on the same network without any problems without this interruption.
I urgently need help, because why am I buying the PS plus if I can only play like that…
