So I have the problem that I did not get the trophy "Raven Rock Owner" in Skyrim though I already have the house. I play without mods etc on the PS4, but other trophies I still got it easily. I'm now so completely finished with Skyrim and a score that so far ago, but I have not anymore. Does anyone know what you can do about it?

As written I already got the house. I've done all the quests already and I'm completely done with everything.
Yes skyrim happened. If it does not change make a new save and play until you have the house. Maybe you had ne mod installed. Look at the mod section after all

Recharge older storage point.
Play the game again
Alternatively - Buy every house and build each house. For me, the Achievement was bugged, but only because of the mods. Could have other consequences.
Thank you for the answer but I do not use any mods on the PS4 in Skyrim. Unfortunately I have no memory point before the "bug" so I really have to play it again… Will be a long way.
Yes, but if you're an achievement collector, you should be used to it. I had to play through Skyrim 3x for all Achievements, because first I had a bug and second dirty with the Daedric Artfacts. Unfortunately, it is part of our life.
