Deactivate PS4 account as primary?

A fairly unreliable friend of mine activated my Playstation account as primary, unfortunately I can't deactivate it online easily because I have already managed to deactivate all within the last 6 months, what can I do now?

Unfortunately nothing you have to ask your friend to put it back I had the same problem
