How can you disable ps4 primary?

I wanted to ask how can you deactivate the primary on the Internet because a friend of mine has activated it for me and he is not at home for a while and therefore he can't deactivate it. I saw things where I was the Sony site should go and can deactivate there but I get a text where it says that the server times out because someone can help?
