Buy Bloodborne again in another edition?

I have a question I almost played Bloodborne on the Ps4, now I bought the game again as a Game of the Year Edition just because you have a DLC, so the same game only with a DLC. I already have the trophies on the Game of the year edition, which means I don't have to start from scratch, so I still have my game file right?

Theoretically not. It's the same game, only that you have one more dlc.
