PSN account stolen what to do?

I have a little problem with my PSN account. My account was stolen from me at least the login ID was changed, so my email for the account was changed. The problem is that I haven't been on the account for a long time and only now noticed that my account is gone. That's why I wanted to contact PS Support now to get my account back. So this is what I can say to prove it's my account:

The exact date when I created the acc.
The previous email and password.
Games played and transactions (I only bought nothing).
The new name of the acc (found it out through the linked Ubisoft account).
And of course I can give the serial number of my console where the acc was created.

Do you think that this is enough to prove that this is my acc I would appreciate your opinion.

no

You can definitely try it, but the most important thing is to protect confidential data such as account numbers, PayPal etc. If you only bought credit through PSN, it doesn't matter, but I would definitely contact customer service, they can tell you what to do.

And I would like to give a few tips on the way to everyone here who has the same problem. If you have the serial number of your console where your account was created you are already on the right track. If you can tell when your account was hacked / stolen, it looks very good. I then had to give some information about the account old email, password old name new name and my account and old name were returned to me.

Hope I can help someone with that.
