How do you locate a stolen Nintendo Switch or What can you do with such a theft?

We rented a house in Spain and during a trip we were there. One out of 2 Nintendo switches was stolen during this mini-intrusion (as there was very little getting away), and from the remaining switch we can see that Unknown was on the stolen online. Unknown has renamed itself to make it inconspicuous, yet it is 100% the stolen profile.

We've already been to the local police, but they just told us we needed the serial number of the stolen and that's what we should report to Nintendo. On the 6th of July I also bought 1 year family-online for 35 Euro, maybe you can do something with it or cancel it.

Now the question: Why can you locate mobile phones but not a NinSwitch? Where should we contact you? Can they help us in Germany, where we will be back in a few days? Can Nintendo help us?

The value of all stolen goods is just under € 1000, which is why we were very grateful for help.

Unfortunately, no. Nintendo can't help with thefts.
