I have the following problem:

I was at Cod lvl 86 I think and then I didn't play for 2 weeks. Alls I wanted to play again, I was suddenly only lvl 56. Dan I restarted the game and was suddenly lvl 55 …

So what could that be and how can you contact Cod Support (the number given on the Internet is not possible)
