Can somehow get a commandblock in the latest version? And how do I find orders or enter them
You have to enter the command / give @p minecraft: command_block (in the chat)
So I played MC on the PS3 a while ago, and there was no chat, so no command blocks either. No idea if this is different today.

On the ps4 I do not know but on the pc with t and on the xbox with darts
