Are my scores on the cloud storage ps4?

I share the PS4 with my brother, so we have two different accounts on the PS4. The PS Plus subscription was purchased on his account because I rarely use it. My account also gives me access to its games and online functionality. But do I also have access to the cloud storage or will my scores be saved on the cloud or can my scores be deleted if I delete the associated game or play on another PS4?

Only the PS Plus account has access to the cloud.

Your saves are not saved in the game files, but on the console itself. If you delete a game, the game saves are still there.
