Ps4 problem, turns off by itself?

When I start my ps4 it comes and I either press do not report or accept and report. Then I try to go into my game but it switches itself off on the loading screen. It can't be due to overheating. Can you tell me what you can do about it?

That is difficult to say. The best thing to do is to google the error code that is displayed first. Then you might find out something about the cause.

Try starting other games, maybe it's because of the one game that you always want to start.
