What's the best open world car game for the PS4?
I'm not sure if Rocket League is on PS4 but if it is, it is
"Open world"

There's no such thing as "the best open-world car game" because everyone has to decide for themselves.
Personally, I can only think of the Need for Speed series. I think that's the closest thing to open world.
What do you think of The Crew 2?
I've never played, hardly play racing games. If I'm honest, I can't really recommend Need for Speed either.
The crew 2 needed half an hour's drive to get from the left to the right and from the top to the other about 30 minutes

Yes, a lot of cars to tune, but you can only get further if you run, you can never leave the car in the world like gta, only without weapons, without war machines and without leaving the car, only with more cars
