Are in-game chats monitored?

Are the cheats monitored in-game?

It's about Call of Duty Modern Warfare ps4 because someone insulted me and I back. Are these guarded by the game developers themselves?

You mean the chat. They certainly don't have time for that. If there's a reporting function, the other player can report or be reported, then they could look at it. Or you can send a video evidence directly to the support, only theoretically, but neither applies, they will not read it.

I report people for something like that, but I never insult you and you shouldn't do that either, at some point the ban will come.
