How can I unlock cars in Need For Speed Payback?

Hi, I have recently need for speed for the ps4. I'm now at Chapter 5 but the car dealer says that some cars are unlocked in Chapter 4. Can it be that if I z.b. The Lamborghini would like to have to unlock all other cars before?

But free sky is chapter 4, or does not count the prologue
