Red dead redemption 2 ultimate edition?

I bought the Ultimate Edition when I released rdr2 and also played it. I had everything in the description. An outfit, and the three weapons and of course the horse. I had to re-format my Ps4 again and of course I didn't have the saved memory anymore. I downloaded it again but I don't have access to the Ultimate Edition or the bonuses anymore

does anyone know how i can get back there or are they gone?

They're not gone. Restart your console once and see if the edition is then displayed. The bonuses may only become visible in-game. Otherwise of course you have to contact Rockstar support.
