Left wrist hurts, but didn't strain it?

For the last 2 hours (when I got up) my left wrist has been sore under strain. Yesterday I didn't do anything that could lead to it. Played ps4 for two hours and hold my cell phone in my right hand

Maybe you lay on it during the night or hit something with your wrist while sleeping. If it shouldn't be gone tomorrow I would call the family doctor and ask for help, he should be able to tell you what to do.

If you are in the same position for several hours, e.g. Holding the controller in your hand and always making the same movements, your wrist can hurt. Just like when you are at the PC and always move the mouse because the movement is only one-sided.

I think it can be due to gambling, after all, you hold the controller for a long time in a position that your joint is not used to.

If I have such pain often, from playing the piano or from push-ups, it goes away quickly.

Are you maybe left handed? If so, it may be because if you hold the phone in your left hand you use the left hand to type and so on. So that's how I do it. Vt it is also because you have some hand illness.

Of course that can also be the case if you almost never take your hand away. Just try and use your hand for something, it might be better.
