I wanted to download elite dangerous on the Ps4, but it says that the full version costs 25 euro, and so does the add on horizons. Can I get the Elite dangerous horizons season pass directly, or do I need the full version first? I thought that then I would save! And do I have to pay monthly for the pass?
Yeah… The question is already three days old… But what the heck.
Horizons will be free starting October 27th and will be integrated into the full version.
So if you buy the game now without the Horizons Season Pass, you will get the expansion from October 27th. Free of charge.
You could of course also buy it and you would stop from October 27th. Then get an exclusive paint job for all ships in the game. Everyone who has already bought the extension gets this paint job.
The next big expansion will come in the first quarter of next year, which will cost money again. You don't have to pay anything monthly for this game.
