Destiny 2 problem?

I downloaded the free Destiny 2 from PlayStation Store. A day later I noticed that my big brother has Destiny 1 & 2 on CD. I put Destiny 2 Legendary Edition in my Ps4, but now only the free Destiny 2 version is always there This doesn't mean a real Destiny 2 story. What can I do so that I can play the normal Destiny 2?
