Fifa 20 (PS4) always crashes when I want to save my tournament progress. Need help urgently?

Moin if I select a tournament (not a career) in Fifa 20 and play the first game myself or just want to save Does Fifa crash completely (or an error message appears) does anyone know what the problem may be? Has anyone ever had the same problem?
