Fifa 20 crashes every time?

I've had a problem since tonight that I've never had. After every game, in tournament mode (offline), the game crashes and I find myself in the PlayStation menu. Then there's always an additional error message with the following code:

CE-34878-0

The whole thing happened three times in a row. Of course, the progress was lost every time. When I simulated it and wanted to save it, the same thing happened again, and of course I restarted the PlayStation in the meantime. In addition, this is absolutely new.
