World was z ps4 sound problems?

Whenever I play the sniper rifle, I never hear the shots and only rarely does the sound come, and if they aren't zombies, it works whoever is there, the sound is crazy and never hears any shots

have deleted the game several times and re-downloaded it on ps4

It doesn't necessarily have to be on your PS4 or your game, but maybe there's a bug in the game itself that causes something like that.
