Apex Legends Jerky Pc Can Someone

A few days ago I downloaded Apex Legends on my PC and then looked at the system requirements and thought I had to run smoothly. Well, unfortunately it didn't, it jerked a bit to Ark so that you could play it and only when I looked up in training mode and normal mode did it actually run so smoothly that you could really play the game. I also set everything to low, deactivated etc. I also heard that there should be a kind of command console in the game files where you can lower the graphics more than usual. Didn't do that at first because I'm not really familiar with it, my processor is an I5-2400 with 3.10 GHz and my graphics card is a Nividia Geforce gt 730 with 2 gb and my installed ram is 12 gb.
