Ps4 controller flashes white and no longer connects?

I recently connected my ps4 controller to my cell phone and then I wanted to connect it to the ps4 again the next day, but since then the controller has only flashed white and no longer connects to the ps4 , I've already tried reset. Does anyone have any ideas?
