So, I wanted to turn on my PS4 and my controller just glowed blue and nothing happened, then I reset it but didn't work.

Put the controller in Bluetooth mode and use it on the mobile phone for 3 minutes. Just swip it or go to Youtube or play games. Then you go out of the Bluetooth mode and connect it again to the Ps4 with a USB cable and you leave this cable on for 3 minutes. It should already work, if not then write under my answer that it has not yet worked, I'll be happy to help you.
