My controller from the Nintendo Switch does not connect wirelessly. How can I fix it?

I'm trying to connect one of my controllers wirelessly. The other controller works and connects one way. This controller connects when I connect it to the console, but then I can no longer synchronize wirelessly. I'm going to "change fingering / order" because the controller still does not connect. Only one light always flashes to the left and to the right.

You can simply use a cable to "reconnect". Connect briefly, connect, then unplug.

The controller was "registered" at the console and you can easily reconnect wirelessly. ^^
