Why doesn't Ps4 / Avengers game start?

Today I got the Ps4 game Marvel the Avengers as a gift, the game was OVP and completely new, but every time I try to start the application I get the error message "The application can't be started".

Does any of you know why this could be and what you can do about it?

No, I only have one Ps4.

Maybe it's because you're playing with a 2nd acc on your PS4. You may have bought the game with another acc which you have set to Primary Account OFF under "Settings" in the menu. This means that you will not be able to play these games on a 2nd acc that is on the same PS4.

is there a "lock" symbol in front of the application?

No, I bought this game as a disc on this account.

Have you downloaded the update yet?

Yes, in the meantime I managed to start the game after deleting unnecessary files and restarting the Ps4.
